Key account manager

As a Key Account Manager at Flipkart you will play a pivotal rolein fostering and managing relationships with our keyaccounts.
You will be responsible for driving salesrevenue growth and ensuring overall customersatisfaction.
This position requires a dynamicindividual with excellent communication skills a strategic mindsetand a passion for delivering results.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. Account Management:
Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with keyaccounts.
Develop a deep understanding of the accountsbusiness objectives challenges and opportunities.
Act asthe main point of contact for key accounts addressing their needsand inquiries in a timely manner.
2. Salesand Revenue Growth:
Develop and execute strategies todrive sales and maximize revenue from key accounts.
Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling Flipkartsproducts and services.
Monitor sales performance analyzedata and identify areas for improvement.
3.Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with internal teams todevelop accountspecific strategies aligned with Flipkarts overallobjectives.
Provide insights and feedback to contributeto the development of new products and services tailored to keyaccounts needs.
4. Negotiation andContracts:
Negotiate pricing contracts and terms withkey accounts to ensure mutual benefit.
Ensure allagreements and contracts comply with company policies and legalrequirements.
5. Market Analysis andCompetitive Intelligence:
Monitor market trendscompetitor activities and industry developments relevant to keyaccounts.
Utilize market insights to identify growthopportunities and potential risks.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Marketing or a related field. MBApreferred.
Proven experience in key account managementpreferably in the ecommerce or retail industry.
Strongnegotiation and communication skills.
Strategic thinkerwith the ability to analyze data and make datadrivendecisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills and theability to build rapport with clients and internalstakeholders.
Resultsoriented mindset with a trackrecord of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability tothrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiplepriorities effectively.
