We need people who have been handling technicalpeople/projects in the account management role. Those who haveexperience in handling clients inperson

We are looking for a qualified Account Manager tojoin our team. You will be responsible for developing longtermrelationships with customers and overseeing sales. As an AccountManager you will be responsible for meeting monthly and quarterlyquotas while maintaining high level satisfaction to customers needsand requests responding to their queries in a timely manner andaspire to deliver a positive customerexperience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts toachieve longterm success

  • Develop positive relationships withclients

  • Act as the point of contact and handle customersindividual needs

  • Generate new business using existing andpotential customer networks

  • Resolve conflicts and providesolutions to customers in a timely manner

  • Report on the status ofaccounts and transactions

  • Set and track sales account targetsaligned with company objectives

  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterlysales results and annual forecasts)

  • Suggest actions to improve salesperformance and identify opportunities forgrowth

  • Should be open to field visit
