The Account Manager will be responsible for building andmaintaining relationships with clients driving upsellingopportunities and ensuring the successful delivery of ITprojects.Experience:510 years of experience
Responsibilities:
  • ClientSatisfaction and Retention:
  • Understand theneeds and requirements of key clients to ensure their utmostsatisfaction.
  • Address any concerns or issuespromptly to foster longterm relationships andloyalty.
  • RevenueGrowth:
  • Identify upselling and crosssellingopportunities within key accounts to drive revenuegrowth.
  • Introduce new products or services andexplore ways to increase clients spend with ourorganization.

  • MeetingSales Targets:
  • Take ownership of meeting orexceeding sales targets assigned to keyaccounts.
  • Deliver value and align offeringswith clients business objectives to contribute to overall salessuccess.
  • Strategic AccountPlanning:
  • Develop and execute strategic accountplans to achieve mutual goals such as revenue growth and customersatisfaction.
  • Outline steps and strategies toexpand market presence and strengthen clientpartnerships.
  • CustomerAdvocacy:
  • Serve as the voice of the customerwithin the organization.
  • Effectivelycommunicate client needs challenges and feedback to relevant teamsto drive improvements and enhance the clientexperience.
  • RiskManagement:
  • Identify and manage potential riskswithin key accounts.
  • Proactively address issuesand develop contingency plans to minimize negative impacts onclient relationships.
  • CrossFunctionalCollaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teamsincluding sales marketing product development and customer supportto ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Foster aunified approach to meet client needs effectively andefficiently.

Requirements:
  • 510years of experience in account management preferably in the ITindustry.
  • Proven experience working in astartup environment.
  • Strong client relationshipmanagement skills with the ability to build rapport andtrust.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify andpursue upselling opportunities.
  • Experienceoverseeing the delivery of IT projects ensuring quality andtimeliness.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Bachelors degree inEngineering or related fieldpreferred.
