Job Title: HR Executive
Experience: 1-3 years
Qualification: Master's degree in Human Resources (Preferably MSW/MBA)
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage end-to-end HR operations. This role will cover the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and requires strong expertise in GreytHR application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, documentation, employee data management, payroll inputs, exits, etc.
- Manage and maintain GreytHR system across modules (attendance, payroll, leave, self-service, etc.)
- Ensure timely processing of ESI/PF challans, compliance returns and statutory documentation
- Oversee attendance & OT tracking, leave management and grievance handling
- Drive employee engagement activities and communication emailers
- Support policy rollouts, HR documentation and process updates
- Coordinate with finance, IT and operations for HR process integration
- Conduct smooth exit formalities and prepare full & final settlement inputs
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in GreytHR is a must
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with payroll, labour compliance (PF/ESI) and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advance Excel & Power BI knowledge is a plus
Preferred Candidate:
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is process-oriented.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to multitask
- Preferred Qualification: MSW/MBA in HR
- Must be fluent in: English, Kannada and Hindi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
