Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategy Development**:

- Create and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Forecast hiring needs across different departments and prioritize critical roles.
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, assigning tasks, providing performance feedback, and coaching for career development.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture within the TA function.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to access diverse talent pools.
- **Interviewing and Selection**:

- Develop and manage interview processes, including structured questions, evaluation criteria, and debriefing sessions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
- **Onboarding and Integration**:

- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and roles.
- Partner with HR to develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
