Talent Worx is looking for an experienced SAP Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our recruitment strategy for SAP professionals As a Senior Manager you will be pivotal in developing and executing talent acquisition initiatives that attract engage and retain top-tier SAP talent Your strategic vision and leadership will drive our efforts to build a high-performing SAP team to meet our clients dynamic needs You will collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent requirements create a strong employer brand and implement innovative recruitment strategies If you are passionate about talent acquisition in the SAP space and thrive in a leadership role we encourage you to apply Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the SAP recruitment team to deliver exceptional talent acquisition services across the organization Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans that align with business goals and support organizational growth Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on best recruitment practices Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness drive continuous improvement and make informed decisions Develop and promote an employer branding strategy that attracts top SAP talent in a competitive market Oversee the candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding ensuring a positive and engaging journey Mentor and develop the talent acquisition team fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field A minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on SAP and IT recruitment Proven leadership experience managing a recruitment team and driving successful hiring initiatives Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies tools and best practices particularly in the SAP sector Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels Experience utilizing recruitment metrics and analytics to assess performance and make data-driven decisions Benefits Learn end to end Recruitment Competitive Salary Promising Incentive Work applicant tracking systems ATS and other recruitment tools
