We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment excellence and lead our HR function with a people-centric and growth-focused approach.The ideal candidate should have strong experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, policy-making, and operations, along with exceptional communication skills.Key Responsibilities —Talent Acquisition & Hiring -Lead end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Build and manage scalable talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.Manage and optimize ATS systems for efficient candidate tracking and hiringEnsure a seamless and quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.HR Strategy & Operations -Develop, implement, and update HR policies, processes, and frameworks.Lead the overall HR strategy to support business objectives.Handle HR operations including attendance, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.Work closely with leadership to drive culture, engagement, and organizational development.Ensure smooth HR workflows and adherence to company standards and compliance guidelines.Required Skills & Qualifications —Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR with strong exposure to strategic roles and full-cycle recruitment.Strong command over HR policies, ATS tools, and recruitment processes.Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management.Exceptional writing/communication or journalism skills for internal & external communication.Ability to manage stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership abilities.What We’re Looking For —Someone who can join immediately.A proactive leader with a strategic mindset and strong execution capability.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Location:- Noida, Sec 59Joining: Immediate
