Role: Marketing Executive - B2B Sales (MID LEVEL )
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Reporting to: Marketing Manager/Founder
Role Overview:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving B2B sales by creating and executing marketing strategies to attract corporate clients. This role focuses on offline marketing channels, relationship building, and on-ground execution to enhance Lattice Lane's visibility and client base in the gifting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:Identify and target potential B2B clients across sectors like corporate offices, hospitality, retail, etc.Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to secure repeat business.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product showcases to promote Lattice Lane's offerings.
2. Brand Outreach & Marketing Campaigns:Develop and execute marketing strategies for events, exhibitions, and trade shows.Collaborate with design and production teams to create customized gift hampers for clients.Research industry trends and identify new opportunities for offline marketing and collaborations.
3. Sales Support & Reporting:Support the sales team with presentations, brochures, and physical product samples.Track and analyze sales and marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and client feedback.
4. Networking & Partnerships:
Build strategic alliances with event planners, HR professionals, and procurement teams for lead generation.Represent Lattice Lane at B2B networking events, fairs, and industry meetups.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build rapport with clients.Ability to pitch and present customized solutions effectively.Excellentorganizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Knowledge of traditional marketingtechniques and event coordination.Creative mindset to suggest innovative gifting solutions for clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing or sales, preferably in the gifting or lifestyle industry.Proven track record of building client relationships and achieving sales targets.Familiarity with Bangalore's corporate and business ecosystem is a plus.
