**Job Title: Marketing Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Offline Branding**: Plan and execute offline branding activities such as in-shop branding, Glow Sign Boards (GSB), retail activations, and other BTL marketing strategies.
- **Vendor Management**: Cultivate and manage relationships with existing and potential vendors, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. Negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms and pricing, maximizing cost-efficiency.
- **Client Servicing**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their branding and marketing needs are fully understood and executed. Provide excellent client servicing and handle any issues or concerns that arise.
- **Event Planning and Execution**: Organize and execute retail activations, events, and promotional activities in coordination with vendors and clients.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, client feedback, and vendor performance. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal teams and clients.
- **Presentations**: Create visually appealing presentations using **PowerPoint** to communicate strategies, reports, and proposals.
- **Data Management**: Proficiently use **Excel** to manage data, track campaign performance, and generate reports.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in **offline branding, BTL marketing, and event management**.
- **Vendor Management**: Strong network of vendors with proven vendor management experience.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong proficiency in **PowerPoint and Excel**.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English and Hindi** are mandatory.
- **Client Focused**: Must have experience in client servicing, managing client relationships, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

**Salary**: CTC Upto 3LPA.
