Role Description


We are seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving sales for the Copper Guard brand.


Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop relationships with potential customers and dealers

• Conduct product presentations and sales meetings

• Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve sales targets

• Analyze market trends to discover new business opportunities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales strategies

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relations



Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Closing

• Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Service abilities

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Kannada, and English

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (preferably in electrical or related industry)

• Knowledge of Market Analysis and Business Development

• Strong Presentation, Analytical, and Problem-solving skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Experience in the marketing or electrical products industry will be an added advantage
