Our mission is to redefine purity and durability in drinking water solutions while promoting a healthier and more sustainable future.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, and building and maintaining relationships with existing clients. They will also be involved in sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Additionally, the Sales Executive will track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-ups.Connect with companies, corporates, and institutions to pitch and present our products.Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.Represent the company professionally at meetings, presentations, and industry events.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record in sales and achieving sales targets1-3 Years of ExperienceCustomer relationship management experienceAbility to conduct market research and analyze market trendsNegotiation and contract management skillsBachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferredPerformance Goals (KPIs)Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.Number of new client accounts acquired.Quality of client relationships and retention rate.Timely reporting and pipeline management.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary + attractive sales incentives.Travel allowances for client visits.Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, premium brand environment.
