**About Us**:
Healing Hands Clinic (HHC) is India’s leading chain of Proctology, Colo-Proctology & related specialty healthcare centers with 30+ clinics across the country. We are committed to providing world-class treatment, patient care, and awareness about preventive healthcare.

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our on-ground presence in Bangalore. This role requires someone passionate about marketing, networking, and driving impactful initiatives in the healthcare sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Doctor Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with local doctors, specialists, and clinics to increase referrals and awareness.

**Corporate Tie-ups**: Approach and collaborate with corporates, HR teams, and wellness managers for employee health camps, check-ups, and awareness sessions.

**Event & Camp Management**: Organize and execute free health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities across Bangalore.

**Marketing Strategy Execution**: Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring on-ground marketing strategies tailored for Bangalore’s market.

**Brand Visibility**: Increase HHC’s visibility in the region through innovative local marketing activities, partnerships, and outreach programs.

**Market Intelligence**: Gather feedback from the field, monitor competitor activities, and share insights for continuous improvement.

**Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory)**

**1-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, field marketing, or business development. (Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for marketing may also apply)**

**Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.**

**Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with fieldwork.**

**Ability to plan and execute events, handle multiple tasks, and work independently.**

**Strong problem-solving and execution mindset.**
