Your role will be the backbone of our creator ecosystem – finding new creators daily, reaching out, negotiating, and building a strong regional creator database to support brand campaigns.Responsibilities- Discover & source new creators every day across Instagram, You Tube, and other platforms.- Focus on regional creators (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, etc.) to strengthen our multilingual network.- Maintain & update a robust creator database with accurate data (genre, followers, avg views, engagement rates, commercials, etc.).- Directly reach out to creators, connect, negotiate commercials, and onboard them for upcoming campaigns.- Share the first-level list of shortlisted creators with brands as per campaign requirements.- Ensure data hygiene and quality so that every profile we share with clients is brand-ready.Requirements- Agency experience is mandatory (Influencer/Creator marketing agency preferred).- Ability to differentiate between languages & regional content (Tamil vs Telugu vs Kannada, etc.).- Skill to identify viral & trending creators across platforms.- Strong knowledge of the social media & influencer ecosystem.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (filters, pivots, formulas, sorting, analysis).- Ability to spot trends quickly and adapt creator sourcing accordingly.- Highly organised with consistency in daily tasks & multitasking.Why Join Us?- Exposure to leading D2 C, beauty, wellness, fintech, edtech & lifestyle brands across India.- Hands-on experience in multilingual influencer marketing campaigns.- Clear growth path: Data Executive → Sr. Data Executive → Data Lead.- Dynamic startup culture where your work has direct impact on campaigns.- Be part of a regional-first agency that’s scaling pan-India.Cultural Fit- Passion for regional storytelling and South Indian content trends- Comfortable in a fast-paced agency environment- Willing to experiment with new tools, formats, and stylesHow to ApplySend your resume and portfolio/links of campaigns you’ve worked on to:
