**Job Overview**
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to promote our products and services. You will play a crucial role in driving engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth through influencer partnerships and campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Influencer Identification and Outreach**:
- Research and identify influencers who align with the brand’s target audience, values, and marketing goals.
- Develop and maintain a network of influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Initiate outreach to influencers, manage communications, and negotiate partnership terms.
- **Campaign Strategy and Execution**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Work with influencers to create authentic content that resonates with their followers while promoting the brand.
- Set up and manage influencer campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, and creative briefs.
- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns (engagement rates, ROI, conversions, etc.).
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to the senior marketing team.
- Use data-driven insights to improve future campaigns and influencer strategies.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Coordinate influencer gifts, product deliveries, and other campaign logistics.
- Ensure influencers adhere to brand guidelines, terms of agreement, and deliverables.
- **Social Media and Content Creation**:
- Collaborate with influencers to create high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Ensure influencers’ content is optimized for engagement and visibility.
- Help manage the brand's social media platforms by amplifying influencer content and engagement.
- **Trend Monitoring**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Identify new opportunities for influencer partnerships and content strategies.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:
- 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or related fields.
- Experience working with a range of influencers (macro, micro, nano) and managing multiple campaigns.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and influencer marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and social media analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Ability to think creatively and strategically while executing influencer campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
