Influencer Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Influencer Partnership Development**: Identify and build relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders in the sports nutrition and fitness industry. Negotiate and manage collaborations to promote our products and enhance brand visibility.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from conception to completion. Ensure that all campaigns are aligned with our brand’s objectives and message.
- **Performance Analysis**: Track and analyze the effectiveness of influencer partnerships through metrics such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI. Use insights to refine future campaigns and strategies.
- **Content Coordination**: Coordinate with influencers to ensure content is timely, brand-aligned, and meets quality standards. Provide creative guidance and feedback to optimize content delivery.
- **Budget Management**: Manage budgets for influencer collaborations, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective campaign execution.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with trends in influencer marketing and the broader digital marketing landscape. Regularly identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in our influencer strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer dynamics within the fitness or nutrition industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
