**About the Role**:We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Influencer Marketing Executive to join our marketing team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing influencer marketing campaigns that align with MalgoPay's brand values and objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team to identify, engage, and collaborate with influencers who can drive awareness and conversions across our digital platforms. **Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Research & Outreach**: Identify and research influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) who align with the MalgoPay brand.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and impactful execution.
- **Content Collaboration**: Work closely with influencers to co-create content that promotes MalgoPay’s offerings, including product demos, unboxings, reviews, and tutorials.
- **Negotiation & Partnerships**: Handle negotiations, contracts, and communication with influencers to ensure a successful partnership and mutually beneficial terms.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze influencer campaign performance, including engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- **Social Media Integration**: Ensure that influencer content is shared and integrated effectively across MalgoPay’s social media channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Brand Ambassador Programs**: Develop and manage long-term influencer relationships, fostering brand ambassadors who will continually promote MalgoPay’s values and services.
- **Trend Analysis & Reporting**: Stay up-to-date on influencer marketing trends and emerging platforms, using this knowledge to guide campaign strategy and improve outcomes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the digital marketing, creative, and product teams to align influencer strategies with broader marketing objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- **Immediate Joiner**: Must be available to start immediately.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related fields is preferred, but freshers with a keen interest in influencer marketing are also encouraged to apply.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Platform Knowledge**: Familiarity with influencer platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and social media tools.
- **Creative & Trend-Savvy**: Ability to stay ahead of trends, think creatively, and adapt strategies for different influencer audiences.
- **Organized & Detail-Oriented**: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- **Team Player**: Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- **Passion for Digital Marketing**: A passion for digital marketing, influencer culture, and staying on top of the latest marketing trends.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
