**Job Title**: Field Sales & Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct visits to business owners and establishments to generate leads and close sales
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Promote company products/services through direct marketing activities
- Collect market insights and report to the management
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Professional attitude and strong character
- Prior field sales experience is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
