**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Intern**

**Location**: HSR Layout, Bangalore

**Duration**: 6 Months (Compulsory Internship)

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month + Incentives

**Role Overview**: As a Sales and Marketing Intern at Marconix, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of sales and marketing operations. You will work closely with our experienced team members, assisting in the development and execution of strategies to drive growth and enhance brand presence. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for learning and career development in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Help in creating marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and social media content.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Participate in planning and organizing promotional events and activities.
- Assist with administrative tasks and data management as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales and marketing with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and proactive with a positive attitude.
