Maintain & Check submission on daily basis
- Make it in excel format as per bank’s requirement
- Maintain logs on Daily In-Out agreement count
- Data entry
- Verification calls to signatories

**Main Responsibilities**
- To be able to coordinate and manage the MIS reports across all program verticals
- Maintaining a proper check on all documents submitted by the Acquisitions Team as per Company Guidelines
- Maintain a smooth work flow for information to be transmitted to clients
- Ensuring all work is completed and submitted before the deadlines set
- To help administer the Group Databases and Back Office solutions. This will be focused on integration and training to support the CRM (customer relationship management) database system.
- To build strong relationship management and integration with other departments across the company
- To be a champion on key projects to help improve internal processes
- Maintain proper Reports and MIS for all documents received, submitted and accepted by the clients

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Excellent command over the English language along with good Communication skills
- Ability to handle clients and maintain appropriate servicing and relations
- Good computer skills and ability to work in excel sheets for MIS and reports
- All short-cuts in excel
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner
- Should be a team worker and be able to build a strong rapport with the other departments for a smooth work flow

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
