Customer Support Executive

Customer compalint registeration and acknowledging to the customer.
Manage backend operations related to service, including documentation, service order processing, and
Preparing quoation, Sales order conversion, invoicing and payment followup
Provide timely support to the front-end service team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Preparing Purchase orders and co ordinate with vendors
Coordinate with customers for updates, feedback, and resolution of service-related queries.
Maintain and update service records, reports, and databases accurately.
Support in tracking service performance metrics and assist in continuous process improvements.
Prepration of dispatch documents for domestic and international shipments
Handling Goverement tenders on GEM portal and other private customer tenders.
Commercial Compliances handling
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction and service quality.
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree /Diploma/MBA
1-3 years of experience in backend/service operations or customer support (preferred).
Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of service processes and commercial documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/CRM systems/Zoho FSM/Zoho Books
