Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as CSAT, response time, AHT, and quality scores.

Eligibility Criteria -

  • Minimum Educational Qualification 10+2 (No Backlogs)
  • Minimum 08 months 1 year experience Customer Support
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
