Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Customer Support Executive. The role is on-site and based in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer service. Key tasks include providing online support, monitoring and responding to customer concerns promptly, and offering technical assistance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in providing Online Support and offering insights to resolve customer challenges effectively
- Strong Technical Support skills to address and resolve client issues
