Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Executive. The role involves responding to customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through online and technical support. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer interactions via various communication channels and ensure a smooth experience for all users. Responsibilities also include addressing customer feedback, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with other teams to implement solutions.

Qualifications

  • Should have 6 months of experience in Customer Service and inbound calling.
  • Should be Proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory, Tamil, Marathi.
  • Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Online Support and proficiency in providing efficient assistance
  • Knowledge of Technical Support and troubleshooting customer issues effectively
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote work environment
  • Proficiency in relevant computer systems, CRM tools, and technologies
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
