Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing online and technical support. The role includes managing customer service channels, maintaining client relations, understanding customer needs, and addressing their concerns promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to address client inquiries effectively
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction and managing client relationships to provide exceptional support experiences
- Experience in Online Support and Technical Support to resolve queries efficiently and on time
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM tools and systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant work experience is preferred
