Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Executive will address customer queries, ensure high levels of satisfaction, provide technical and online support, and deliver excellent customer service. The role involves daily interactions with customers to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Expertise in Online Support and Technical Support
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication abilities
- Proficiency in managing customer relationships and providing effective resolutions
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a customer-centric approach
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred
- Fluency in
English, Hindi, Kannada
(spoken proficiency a must).
Telugu, and Tamil an added advantage. - Freshers are welcome
– training will be provided.
