- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop menus that cater to diverse dietary needs of patients with special requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-8 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a hotel or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak hours and maintain attention to detail.
- Familiarity with NABH regulations and standards for healthcare services.
