We are looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join our team in the hospitality industry, with 4-8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asian cuisine and excellent culinary skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
- Supervise and train junior staff members to ensure high-quality food production.
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
