Roles & Responsibilities: Assist Commis 1 and CDP in preparation and service. Handle basic prep tasks like chopping vegetables, grinding masalas, etc. Help in operating dosa tawa, idli steamers, and other equipment under supervision. Maintain proper hygiene and mise en place. Learn standard cooking techniques used in South Indian cuisine.
