Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
