Role
We're hiring a Business Development Manager to be the first point of contact for leads. You'll qualify prospects, understand their needs, and work with our solution teams to deliver proposals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls with inbound leads.
- Qualify opportunities (needs, budgets, timelines).
- Collaborate with technical teams for proposals.
- Maintain CRM, pipeline, and reports.
- Build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- 2–4 years in B2B IT/software sales.
- Knowledge of software services (apps, SaaS, AI, blockchain, IoT, ERP/CRM).
- Excellent communication & consultative skills.
- Comfortable working remotely.
What We Offer
- ₹40k–65k per month (C2H, with chance for full-time).
- 100% remote within India.
- Work with global clients & modern technologies.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹25, ₹57,285.73 per month
