Role

We're hiring a Business Development Manager to be the first point of contact for leads. You'll qualify prospects, understand their needs, and work with our solution teams to deliver proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery calls with inbound leads.
  • Qualify opportunities (needs, budgets, timelines).
  • Collaborate with technical teams for proposals.
  • Maintain CRM, pipeline, and reports.
  • Build long-term client relationships.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in B2B IT/software sales.
  • Knowledge of software services (apps, SaaS, AI, blockchain, IoT, ERP/CRM).
  • Excellent communication & consultative skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
