Agewell 24x7 Services Pvt. Ltd., a promising start up offering professional eldercare service, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our marketing operations and drive strategic growth.

Role Overview

The (Senior) Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all marketing, outreach, and business development activities. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on field involvement, ensuring that every initiative translates into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to expand Agewell's homecare and healthcare service reach.
  • Oversee and guide the marketing and field team on their daily visits to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners.
  • Monitor and ensure effective lead generation and conversion from field visits and digital campaigns.
  • Personally accompany team members when required to meet doctors, hospital administrators, or representatives to strengthen relationships and close collaborations.
  • Build and maintain tie-ups with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics for referrals and partnerships.
  • Ensure daily reporting, performance tracking, and micro-management of team targets and visit plans.
  • Plan BTL and outreach events, seminars, and awareness programs to promote Agewell's services.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to align Sales strategy and efforts with organizational goals.
  • Uphold Agewell's brand standards, ethics, and commitment to quality service delivery.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience (10+ years preferred) in marketing, business development, or healthcare sales, preferably in homecare, hospital, or wellness sectors.
  • Strong team leadership, field management, and communication skills.
  • Confident, proactive, and hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
  • Result-oriented with a strategic mindset and attention to operational details.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client and hospital meetings.
  • Should possess strong work ethics, integrity and ability to take accountability
