Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, leading negotiations and contract discussions, and driving sales growth. Additionally, the role involves market research, assessing industry trends, and collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies. The successful candidate will also prepare reports and presentations for management and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategies
- Experience in Market Research, Analysis, and Trend Assessment
- Excellent Negotiation, Contract Discussion, and Communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, develop and implement business strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in construction or structural systems industry is a plus
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving targets
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
