Located in the Valley, we offer excellent after-sales service, immediate parts availability, and training for operational teams.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional located in Srinagar. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. The role includes presenting product features, negotiating and closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks involve market research, reporting sales activities, and collaborating with the technical team to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Understanding of Diesel Generators and related products
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the engineering or power generation industry is a plus
