This is not a typical internship — you’ll be directly contributing to:- Building our brand presence,- Driving lead generation, and- Helping us land our first wave of international clients.If you already have the knowledge and skills but are seeking the right platform to apply them, this is your opportunity.PositionMarketing & Growth Intern – Internship (2 months, Hybrid/Remote flexibility)Location: Srinagar, J&K (preferred); strong remote candidates may also be consideredKey Responsibilities- Execute lead generation campaigns via LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and cold outreach.- Support brand-building initiatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and other channels.- Research competitor pricing, positioning, and strategies to shape our international offerings.- Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).- Collaborate with the Business Manager on client proposals, presentations, and outreach material.- Bring in creative growth ideas to attract and convert international clients.Must-Have Qualifications- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, client acquisition, or growth strategies (academic, self-learned, or project-based).- Demonstrable knowledge of lead generation techniques (LinkedIn/Upwork/Fiverr).- Solid understanding of social media marketing and branding for professional/business services.- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).- 0–2 years of hands-on experience in marketing, business development, or growth roles (internship, freelance, or projects).- Based in Srinagar, J&K (hybrid); exceptional remote candidates considered.Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals (keywords, on-page, content strategy).- Familiarity with ad campaign management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).- Comfort using Canva, Figma, or similar tools for marketing creatives.- Exposure to B2B client handling or international markets (US, UK, Middle East).- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive).Compensation- ₹10,000/month stipend- Internship Certificate + Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for top performersYour performance during the internship can directly lead to a full-time Marketing & Growth role at Vynce Digital.Why Join Us?- Be part of the founding journey of Vynce Digital.- Work on real client acquisition strategies targeting international markets.- Apply your skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.- Gain direct exposure to branding, growth, and digital sales funnels.- Opportunity for a full-time role with growth-based incentives after internship.You can also mail your CV to , but do apply via linkedIn first.
