Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Srinagar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and developing business strategies. The role also involves collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth objectives and manage client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Market Research, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong strategic planning and business strategy development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
