Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of real estate agents by setting clear performance goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and mentor junior team members.
- Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Negotiation skills with a successful track record.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Strong ethics and commitment to client confidentiality.
- Willingness to continuously update skills and knowledge.
- Licensed real estate agent or broker in the relevant state.
