Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales and Marketing to lead and drive our revenue growth through innovative sales strategies and impactful marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong leader who can align marketing and sales efforts, manage cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business revenue goals.
  • Set and monitor sales targets, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Build and manage high-performing sales teams across regions or segments.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels.

Marketing Leadership:

  • Design and implement integrated marketing plans (digital, traditional, events, content).
  • Oversee brand positioning, product marketing, and lead generation activities.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
  • Use market research and data analytics to inform marketing campaigns and product strategies.

Team Management:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales and marketing teams.
  • Establish KPIs, incentive plans, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Customer & Market Insight:

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to align market needs with business offerings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Budget & ROI Management:

  • Allocate and manage the sales and marketing budget effectively.
  • Track ROI on campaigns, promotions, and other activities.
  • Optimize spending and improve cost-efficiency.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in sales and/or marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and sales automation platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Industry experience in [insert industry: e.g., FMCG, SaaS, Healthcare] is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C markets is advantageous.
