Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing marketing strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and quotations to clients.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and client interactions using CRM tools.

Marketing:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to generate content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to improve product offerings and brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles (3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO, social media advertising, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
