Techmertia Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Executive

Hybrid – Srinagar, J&K

Employment Type:
Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through online research, databases, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify leads and set up meetings.
  • Engage with prospects via email, calls, and professional networking platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
