Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in both outside and inside sales, demonstrating a strong ability to develop new business opportunities while managing existing accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for technology sales and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective territory management, lead generation, and direct sales efforts.

Duties

  • Good is communication and selling strategies.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Good in client handling and make new dealer in the market.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide sales support to potential customers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals.
  • Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes and techniques.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and technology sales is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and performance metrics.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
  • Experience in territory management and direct sales strategies.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
