Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Srinagar. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include leading the sales team, negotiating contracts, providing customer support, and ensuring the retention and satisfaction of clients. The role also involves market analysis and collaborating with other departments to optimize offerings.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to build and sustain client relationships.
  • Strategic planning and market analysis skills to identify opportunities and create effective strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with proficiency in customer support.
  • Proficiency in business development and identifying new revenue streams.
  • Ability to adapt to on-site work in a fast-paced environment and familiarity with the travel industry or regional tourism is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
