Techmertia Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Executive

Hybrid – Srinagar, J&K

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through online research, databases, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify leads and set up meetings.
- Engage with prospects via email, calls, and professional networking platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
