Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.), LinkedIn lead generation, and cold emailing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and international partners.
  • Draft and present business proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align project goals and strategies.
  • Manage client communications from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential areas of business growth.

Must Have Requirements:

  • Proven experience with all major freelance platforms and LinkedIn lead generation.
  • Strong ability in cold email outreach and direct client networking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal).
  • Regular shift availability (day shift) but must be open to working 1–2 hours in the evening when required.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals.

Optional / Preferred:

  • Comfortable working in afternoon shifts (flexibility will be provided).
  • Prior experience in the IT services or software development domain.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
