Topline Business Development Service is a growing consulting firm dedicated to helping businesses expand and succeed with innovative strategies. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive who can manage client interactions both in the field and at the office.
Role Overview
The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves both field sales visits and in-office client handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients for business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare reports on sales activities and market insights.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in business development/sales/client handling.
- Education: Graduate in Business/Management or related field (MBA preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both in the field & office environment.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at relationship building.
- Proficiency in MS Office & reporting tools.
Compensation
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives.
