Job Summary :
Dreamchild Garbhsanskar is looking for experienced and target-driven Tele Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong tele-calling, lead management, and convincing skills to drive enrolments for our Garbhsanskar programs and parenting services. This is a performance-based role suitable for candidates passionate about sales and client communication.

Education
Minimum 12th Pass and Graduation Preferred
Experience
2 to 3 years in Sales (preferably in Service or IT Sector)
Salary Range
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month for 3 months as per target Performance, after 3 months of Joining Base Salary + Incentive Plan apply
Skills Needed
Tele-calling, lead handling, convincing skills, target achievement, CRM familiarity
Personality Traits
Confident speaker, positive attitude, self-motivated, result-oriented
Language Skills
Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and Basic English

Make outbound calls to potential leads and explain our services
Lead Management
Follow up with warm leads, maintain lead status in CRM, and convert leads to closures
Sales Target Handling
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the manager
Client Interaction
Resolve customer queries, build relationships, and maintain a professional attitude on calls
CRM Usage
Use CRM tools to manage, update, and track leads and communication history
Product Knowledge
Understand and explain Dreamchild Garbhsanskar's services and offerings clearly
Reporting
Submit daily call logs and conversion reports to team leader or manager
