Business Developement Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **direct clients** and **international partners**.
- Draft and present business proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align project goals and strategies.
- Manage client communications from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential areas of business growth.
**Must Have Requirements**:
- Proven **experience with all major freelance platforms** and **LinkedIn lead generation**.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal).
- **Regular shift availability** (day shift) but must be open to working **1-2 hours in the evening** when required.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals.
**Optional / Preferred**:
- Comfortable working in **afternoon shifts** (flexibility will be provided).
- Prior experience in the **IT services** or **software development** domain.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
