Reporting To: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Officer (SO) Management

  2. Recruit and manage a team of Sales Officers in the assigned territory

  3. Assign daily/weekly/monthly targets to SOs
  4. Guide and motivate the team to achieve sales goals

  5. Territory Development

  6. Identify and appoint new distributors in the assigned territory

  7. Develop direct industrial customers for bulk LPG supply
  8. Coordinate with the plant team for bulk order fulfillment

  9. Sales Execution

  10. Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets

  11. Plan and monitor sales force activities and productivity
  12. Observe and analyze reports such as Sales Offtake, CTR, and others

  13. Reporting & Coordination

  14. Regularly report sales, team performance, and market insights to ASM

  15. Communicate with the plant for distributor and customer orders
  16. Provide payment updates and follow-ups with customers

  17. Distributor & Customer Management

  18. Handle distributor queries and resolve operational issues

  19. Coordinate with the plant for new distributor setup and support
  20. Provide distributor/customer details to Accounts and Admin staff

  21. Documentation & ERP Support

  22. Assist with master data creation for new customers or distributors

  23. Ensure accurate ERP entries if required
  24. Maintain and update customer/distributor records

  25. Rate Updates & Communication

  26. Coordinate with distributors and customers to inform about monthly or special rate updates

  27. Ensure timely and clear communication of any price changes or commercial terms
