Reporting To: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Officer (SO) Management
Recruit and manage a team of Sales Officers in the assigned territory
- Assign daily/weekly/monthly targets to SOs
Guide and motivate the team to achieve sales goals
Territory Development
Identify and appoint new distributors in the assigned territory
- Develop direct industrial customers for bulk LPG supply
Coordinate with the plant team for bulk order fulfillment
Sales Execution
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Plan and monitor sales force activities and productivity
Observe and analyze reports such as Sales Offtake, CTR, and others
Reporting & Coordination
Regularly report sales, team performance, and market insights to ASM
- Communicate with the plant for distributor and customer orders
Provide payment updates and follow-ups with customers
Distributor & Customer Management
Handle distributor queries and resolve operational issues
- Coordinate with the plant for new distributor setup and support
Provide distributor/customer details to Accounts and Admin staff
Documentation & ERP Support
Assist with master data creation for new customers or distributors
- Ensure accurate ERP entries if required
Maintain and update customer/distributor records
Rate Updates & Communication
Coordinate with distributors and customers to inform about monthly or special rate updates
- Ensure timely and clear communication of any price changes or commercial terms
