Job Title: Sales Executive FMCG
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle Primary and Secondary Sales for the assigned territory
- Manage and develop Distributor and Dealer networks
- Drive Retail Channel Sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Appoint new dealers and ensure continuous market development
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and ensure effective coverage
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG Sales
- Hands-on experience in Primary & Secondary Sales
- Any degree graduate (mandatory)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
