The company is committed to empowering educators and learners with high-quality, curriculum-aligned resources.Role Overview The Assistant Territory Manager will be responsible for promoting learning solutions across schools in the assigned territory, driving sales growth, and establishing the brand as a leading education publisher. The role involves developing strong school relationships, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring market expansion in Rajkot and nearby regions.Key Responsibilities Promote and establish print and online learning products in schools across the territory.Build and maintain an updated school database and strengthen educator relationships.Drive business growth by reaching 300–400 schools in the first year.Appoint and manage distributors for efficient product supply to schools and retailers.Collect market feedback and share insights with the editorial and marketing teams.Facilitate school visits, workshops, and marketing initiatives to increase product adoption.Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies in alignment with organizational goals.Prepare sales plans, budgets, progress reports, and analyze customer feedback.Explore new business opportunities in Tier II and Tier III towns.Provide guidance, motivation, and training to junior sales team members.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws/guidelines. Key Result Areas Achievement of sales and collection targets.Growth of market share in the assigned territory.Timely communication of market insights to marketing and editorial teams. Qualifications & Skills Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in publishing, or education.Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Proven ability to meet sales targets and expand market presence.Self-driven, adaptable, and willing to travel extensively within the territory.
