Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for polymer compounds in the cable and wire manufacturing segment within the assigned territory. The role involves developing new accounts, managing existing customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales initiatives and technical collaboration with clients.

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve assigned targets for volume, value, and margin.
• Onboard new customers in the wire and cable manufacturing industry.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with technical teams to offer appropriate material grades and technical support.
• Track competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies to identify new opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, trials, and technical discussions with customer production and quality teams.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
• Manage order-to-delivery coordination, including payment collection and credit control.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, seminars, and customer meets.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies, documentation, and reporting protocols.
